Reasons to Winterize

Winterizing is more than just protecting your boat from freeze damage.  Even if it doesn't freeze, winterizing your boat can prevent many problems in the spring such as a flooding carburetor, a stuck fuel Injector, a dead battery, or gallons of fuel going bad.  It also prepares your vessel for an extended period of non-use.  One of the most important aspects of storing your boat for the winter is to insure that the fuel has been stablized.  "Sta-bil Ethanol Treatment" has met our expectations and is strongly recommended as a minimal step for storage.
