Email Communication: March 17th 2020 10pm
We are truly in the midst of an unprecedented time in our country and the world. New data and information seems to come out by the hour, and we are actively digesting this information and lining it up with guidance from the CDC in order to make informed decisions regarding the health and well-being of our employees, Members, and guests.

In light of the Coronavirus Guidelines for America, issued March 16, 2020, by the White House and the announcement of further restrictions announced by certain state and local authorities (including to avoid gathering in groups of more than 10 and to avoid eating in bars, restaurants, and food courts) and based on this flow of information, we have the following changes to announce regarding Club operations.

Effective immediately, the following facilities will be closed until further notice:
  • All restaurants, snack bars, Kathy’s CafĂ©, and Waterview Pub
  • All fitness facilities, including the Lake Club and Lake Club Tennis Center, Linger Longer Gazebo, Landing fitness, and Great Waters fitness
  • Indoor and outdoor pools, including the Lake Club, The Landing, Great Waters, and Linger Longer Park
  • The Preserve and Oconee Golf Courses and Golf Shops
  • The Landing Rec House and The Commons Building
  • The Sandy Creek Sporting Grounds
Consistent with the above:
  • We will offer curbside food pickup at Tavern beginning Wednesday, March 18th from 12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., and we are in the process of implementing home food delivery.  Before we offer delivery, we want to ensure the proper protocols are in place.
  • All other golf courses and golf shops will be open normal hours. We are also implementing an additional safety requirement of only allowing one golfer per cart and will have limited outside services available.
If you or someone you have been in contact with tests positive for the coronavirus, please follow all health protocols issued by the local and federal health organizations.

We have received numerous calls and emails supporting our team and the Reynolds community. We have always said that the people are what makes Reynolds such a wonderful place to live, work, and play. You are proving that over and over again through these tough times. Thank you.

We will continue to update you with any future information via email.

Sincerely,
